Hi everyone! As you might have noticed, we've been expanding the platform quite a bit lately, so we gave the navigation menu a refresh to make everything easier to find and neatly organized.
Let's take a quick tour!
First up, say hello to the new AI Automation section-your new home for all things smart. With AI Agents, you can create texting agents that send personalized messages and run two-way conversations at scale. And if you want to make them sound even smarter, just add relevant docs about your business to the Knowledge Base, and you'll have all the answers.
Campaigns are coming soon! This feature will let you build multi-step SMS and ringless voicemail drip campaigns with just a few clicks. Also in the same section, you'll find Workflows and Keywords, perfect for setting up single- or multi-message automations.
Next, we've created a new Outbound section for all your outbound messaging and calling tools, including Broadcasts and Triggers. And keep an eye out for the all-new Power Dialer, launching soon with more robust calling features for sales teams.
Other core areas like Inboxes, Contacts, and Analytics haven't changed, so you'll feel right at home.
All the Salesmsg goodness you know and love is now neatly organized and easier to use.
