Need a break from customer calls? Try our new ‘Away' Status. With this powerful update, you can set yourself to Away mode and enjoy uninterrupted time off. No more ringing phones or distracting notifications - just peace and quiet when you need it most. While you’re in Away mode, all calls will be redistributed to the rest of your team or go directly to voicemail. Salesmsg Away Status respects all calling features, including regular calling, Call Queue, IVR, and call distribution. Whether you're stepping away from your desk for a meeting or taking a well-deserved break, you can rest easy knowing all calls will be redistributed while you're Away.

Already using our Call Queue? With our latest update, Salesmsg will automatically drop callers who wait for 30 minutes—or send them directly to voicemail. This way, no one gets stuck waiting in your virtual Queue. Also, you can set your own business hours to send calls outside of working hours directly to voicemail or ring groups. To set this up, simply toggle on/off the 'Enable Call Queue After Hours' setting in your queue settings. When enabled, calls will be managed by voicemail with an after-hours greeting during non-business hours.

When an audio file contains no spoken words, we'll clearly mark it as "no text to transcribe” for your convenience. These four words will save you time and give you better control over your communications.

You can customize your view by selecting which columns you want to display, just like in Contacts. And don't worry about default sorting: It’s the same as before.
