What is Call History?

Want to know which customer calls were missed? Or how many calls went straight to voicemail? Now you can easily see all that information in our new Call History. This Salesmsg 2.0 feature gives you a quick, consolidated list of every customer call and message inside each Salesmsg inbox. When you use Call History, you’ll see all calls and voicemails laid out before you – conveniently sorted by time, outcome or type.

How to Turn on Call History View

It’s easy to find this new Call History View. Once you’re in Salesmsg 2.0, just click on the ‘Conversations' page. You’ll see the new Call History View at the top of each conversation list. Your Call History is displayed as two intuitive tabs: Chats and Calls. Simply toggle between the Chats and Calls tab to see the complete history of all calls or chats within your chosen inbox. With Call History View, you'll be able to track every conversation and optimize your entire sales strategy with data-driven insights.

How to Filter Calls

Find what you need in seconds! Switch between inboxes, filter by call outcome (answered, missed, voicemail) or conversation status (open, unread, needs response). Inside Call History, you’ll see the count for the number of calls (or chats) answered, missed or went to voicemail. You’ll also get access to our new unread indicator. This innovative new feature lets you track and prioritize unseen messages. Plus, you can mark individual messages as “read” with a single click.

How to Manage Calls

Manage conversations from directly inside your Call History. Quickly start new calls or send messages from your Call History View. You can also play recorded calls and voicemails, without switching views. Plus, easily customize your view by hiding unnecessary columns to boost your productivity. With Call History, you’ll get a complete picture of all the calls, messages and voicemails in your chosen inbox — it’s all at your fingertips.
