Slack Integration

For all the Slack fans out there, with Salesmsg-Slack integration you can now send and receive text messages right from Slack. You can also map inboxes to one or more Slack Channels, reply to incoming messages in Slack threads, and effectively manage multiple threads with notes and tags.

Broadcasts Improvements

Broadcasts have never been more flexible! You can now select multiple segments and even individual contacts as recipients of the Broadcast. For HubSpot users, you can further customize your text messages with HubSpot merge fields.

Call Whisper

If you rely on the Salesmsg Call Forwarding feature, you can now add a  intro voice message (a "Call Whisper”). In this voice message, you can add more context to assist the recipient of the forwarded call. You can even customize that intro message with merge fields. When the recipient of the forwarded receives a call from Salesmsg, that voice message will first be played.

Reopen Closed Conversations

Do you need to revisit an old conversation that you have already closed. Simple navigate to closed conversations, re-open the one you are interested in, and pick up exactly where you left off.

Custom Contacts View

The Contacts page is now more flexible with the ability to chose which data columns to display on the table view. All standard and custom fields are now available for you to chose from. If you have a long list fields, you can quickly search for and identify the one you are interested.
